Step-by-Step Guide to Booking Your Italian Lifestyle Tour

Please Follow These Steps to Book Your Next Italian Lifestyle Tour

Click on the “Tours” Button in the Site Navigation
Simply click on the “Tours” button found in the top navigation bar to view our selection of exciting tours.

Choose Your Tour & Date, and Request a Detailed Itinerary
Select your preferred tour and date, and feel free to request a detailed itinerary. You can also schedule a phone chat to ask any questions you may have about the tour.

Visit the Register/Terms & Conditions Page
Once you’ve decided to join us, head to the Register/Terms & Conditions page located on the Booking page in the main menu. Be sure to read through everything thoroughly before submitting your registration.

Confirm Tour Availability & Secure Your Spot
After receiving confirmation of tour availability, you’ll need to secure your place by submitting the required deposit. An invoice will be sent to you for either the deposit or full payment, depending on your chosen option.

dVisit the Payment Options Page & Submit Your Deposit
Go to the Payment Options page and submit a non-refundable deposit of $550.00 to secure your booking. Please note that deposits may be applied to a future tour if you need to cancel (time restrictions apply—see the booking form for details). Once your deposit is received, you will receive the booking form, which includes all deadlines, cancellation policies, and liability terms. Be sure to sign and return the form to Italian Lifestyle Food & Wine Tours.

Confirmation of Payment & Booking
Once your registration, booking form, and deposit are completed, you will receive a confirmation of your payment and official booking for the tour.

Air Ticketing & Travel Insurance Assistance
If you require assistance with air ticketing or travel insurance, our Airline Ticketing Specialist, Renee Dommermuth, will reach out to assist you. Alternatively, you are welcome to use your preferred travel provider; just let us know when booking.

Receive Your Tour Informational Package
Within a month of booking, you will receive a detailed Tour Informational Package. Any updated information regarding your specific tour will be sent to you prior to your departure.

Speak with Marc or a Team Member
If you haven’t already spoken with Marc or a member of his team, you will be contacted for a phone call. If you haven’t scheduled one yet, we will reach out to arrange it. Feel free to contact us anytime during your decision-making process with any questions or concerns.
